The cultural city of Krakow, just a 2 and a half hour flight from the UK, is known for its rich history, culture and architectural beauty. Wander through its cobbled streets and find affordable, atmospheric bars, tasty street food and cute cafes. Whether your vibe is in the medieval Old Town enjoying Poland’s many flavoured vodkas in a cellar bar or sipping cocktails in a secret courtyard in Kazimierz, Krakow promises to deliver an unforgettable hen party!

Krakow Nightlife

Krakow’s Old Town is a busy hub is where you’ll find a large cluster of clubs and underground cellar bars. If it’s bar crawls and cheap drinks you’re after, the Old Town’s got you covered; there’s so much choice you can effortlessly go from bar to bar. The cozy basement pubs are really what makes Krakow’s Old Town special when the sun goes down; the low-arch ceilings, brick walls and narrow passageways all adding to the character and atmosphere.

Kazimierz, Krakow’s historic Jewish Quarter, is a buzzing neighbourhood packed with quirky bars, cocktail lounges and live music. If your vibe is more conversations with cocktails and wine in a cosy bar rather than battling for a spot on the dancefloor of a crowded club, Kazimierz is right up your street.

Hen Do Activities in Krakow

  • Zakopane: A trip to Krakow is not complete without visiting Zakopane! This stunning ski town is home to some of Poland’s biggest and best outdoor thermal baths where you can relax and really soak up the mountain views. Experience the magic of Zakopane with the bride squad on this trip which includes cheese & vodka, a cable car ride and the Chocholow Thermal Baths!
  • Boat Party: Kick off your hen celebrations with a two hour Boat Party with Unlimited Drinks! It’s good vibes only on this party cruise where there will be an open bar, drinking games and even a live magic show!
  • Hidden Rooftop Bar Reservation: For spectacular 360 views of Krakow, enjoy a cocktail (included) whilst taking in the views of the stunning Wawel Castle and the Vistula River at this Hidden Rooftop Bar. This highly rated bar is a must-visit during your hen weekend!
  • Wieliczka Salt Mine: One of the most popular things to do during a trip to Krakow is a visit to the Wieliczka Salt Mine. You will descend around 800 steps, which sounds a lot but totally worth it! Prepare to be wowed as you wander through a labyrinth of tunnels and learn about its history. A highlight and my personal favourite is the jaw-droppingly stunning chapel (also a wedding venue!) where everything is made of salt, including the chandeliers! You will come back up to the surface in a miner’s lift which is an experience in itself!
